Angel Studios Reaches $20 Million Reg A+ Fundraising Target in Record Time

On August 30, TechBuzz News announced Angel Studios' launch of a new Regulation A+ offering. This offering is the means through which everyday investors are empowered to greenlight the development and distribution of movies and TV shows.

As of today, this new Reg A+ Angel Studio's fundraising effort reached its target of $20 million in eleven days. As of this writing, over 21,000 people have joined the Reg A+ offering. The minimum investment was $151.20.

Angel is unique to the industry as the only studio that operates solely on the decisions of the audience. Only after the Angel Guild supports a project at a certain threshold can the studio negotiate to bring their stories to big and small screens. From April 2022 to April 2023, filmmakers submitted over 900 projects to the Angel Guild but only 13 made it through the process.
