Today Arlyn Capital has announced their official launch, in honor of Arlyn E. Rounds, a visionary real estate developer whose impact on housing was cut short due to a tragic accident on this date, November 15, 2008, and Arlyn Royce Rounds, his namesake and unborn grandson.
Founded by A.J. Rounds, co-founder of RevRoad, and Arlyn's son, Arlyn Capital is committed to addressing the urgent need for affordable housing while delivering outsized returns and minimal risk for investors, according to A.J. Rounds, Founder and Managing Director.
Focusing on single-family and townhome developments in the Midwest and Southwest, Arlyn Capital collaborates with veteran sponsors Lone Tree USA (Springville, Utah) and Union Capital Partners (Heber, Utah), with $360 million in projected projects to develop nearly 850 quality housing units.
