Breakfast Palooza is a concept and a series of events designed to foster connections with the goal of generating transactions, building startup teams and generally creating positive outcomes by convening entrepreneurs together for breakfast and speakers.
The concept was created by husband and wife team, Nathan and Lacey Byrd, founders of Growth Bounce, a company helping founders and startups.
By presenting world-class speaker, vibrant entertainment, and delicious breakfast featuring their own maple syrup from their farm in Michigan, Nathan and Lacey want to build a supportive ecosystem for entrepreneurs in Utah. They hire local vendors, volunteers, and affiliates and invite growth-minded individuals for a day of inspiration and community.
In hosting Breakfast Paloozas Nathan and Lacey Byrd have set out to celebrate entrepreneurship, create opportunities for personal, professional, and relational development, and help the community, including raising funds for worthy causes.
The next Breakfast Palooza will take place on November 8th, 2024, at The Garden Place in Heritage Park, from 9 a.m. to 4 pm. Its theme, “Convergence,” encouraging participants to align their personal, professional, and relational growth.
Attendees will enjoy gourmet meals and refreshments provided throughout the day. Attendees can enjoy a hearty breakfast of sausage, bacon, pancakes, and authentic, specially-curated maple syrup from Northern Eagle Market, Nathan and Lacey's farm in Michigan. Local food vendors will provide lunch and dinner.
A key highlight of the event is its lineup of workshops and talks from globally recognized speakers, including Colin Higginbottom, each designed to inspire deeper visions for 2024. The self-development workshops aim to help participants refine their goals and explore new paths, while networking activities and field games foster meaningful connections among guests. The goal for the November 8 this event is to raise $40,000 to support 80 military families with $500 holiday gift donations each, via a raffle featuring products and services from local businesses.
The day will conclude with a concert performance, giving attendees a chance to relax and recharge.
This gathering also strongly emphasizes community impact, with initiatives supporting foster care, suicide prevention, and military families. Nate and Lacey’s vision is to create a space that feels like an extension of their home—a place for long-term relationship building, not just transactional networking.
By bringing people together in a welcoming and intentional setting, Breakfast Palooza is more than just an event; it’s a movement for growth, community, and authentic connection.
