ClientSuccess, a Lehi, UT-based provider of a customer success platform, has acquired New York City-based Baton, a modern customer onboarding and implementation platform designed to deliver rapid, scalable solutions for customer onboarding, streamline customer-focused projects, and enhance customer engagement.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
This acquisition further accelerates ClientSuccess’s commitment to delivering customer onboarding and implementation solutions, which can be leveraged as a stand-alone solution or a fully integrated offering within its platform.
Founded by CEO Dave Blake, ClientSuccess provides a customer success platform, empowering mid-market and SMB B2B SaaS companies to manage the customer journey, measure customer health, and optimize retention, and growth.
