MotionOps, a Sandy, Utah-based all-in-one SaaS CRM for construction and home service companies, has been accepted into Katapult, an intensive three-month accelerator program in the Republic of Serbia.
Motion Ops, along with 22 other startups that were selected to be a part of Katapult's third cycle, will have the opportunity to advance their businesses and prepare for presentations to investors. During the program, participants will develop their skills with mentors, actively participate in educational workshops, and gain access to investors.
"This capital will be used for us to build more product features to help our Service Contractor clients," said Trevor Maddux, Co-founder of Motion Ops in a LinkedIn post. Katapult is a program of World Bank and the Republic of Serbia's Innovation Fund in collaboration with the European Union.
Financing for Katapult is provided by the Republic of Serbia (Ministry of Science, Technological Development and Innovation), through a 7.7 million euro World Bank loan with implementation support, and the European Union, through a 10 million euro grant. The program is part of the "Serbia Accelerating Innovation and Growth Entrepreneurship Project," dedicated to strengthening innovative entrepreneurship and scientific research.
Additional financial support from the World Bank's Innovation Fund up to EUR 300,000 is available to Katapult startups who secure a qualified investment by March 11, 2025.
Katapult has invested over EUR 20 million in startups from Katapult 's previous cycles.
