Strider Expands Footprint in Salt Lake County
Strider has been awarded a tax credit for its expansion in Utah by GOEO as an incentive to add many new jobs in the state. Strider says it plans to create 150 new Utah jobs over the next few years.

Strider Technologies, Inc. has been awarded a 20% tax credit for its expansion in Utah by the Governor’s Office of Economic Opportunity (GOEO). The incentive is part of the state’s Economic Development Tax Increment Financing (EDTIF) program. As part of the agreement, Strider projects it will add over 150 new jobs based in Utah over the next several years, generating over $56 million in wages which equate to a tax benefit to the state of over $2.3 million over five years.
In January 2021, Strider officially moved its headquarters to Utah. Utah’s rapidly growing technology sector has provided Strider with access to top-tier talent, while the state’s strong focus on entrepreneurship and innovation has supported Strider’s continued growth and success.
