UVU will be hosting its first-ever MakerCon, a two-day event for educators, students and the public to experience different technologies, such as 3D printing, art, and a variety of other hands-on projects. Day two of the event, November 10th, is open to the public at no cost.
Silicon Slopes has chosen UVU as the Utah County location of its 2025 Summit. It will take place at UVU on January 14 and 15, 2025, and continue in SLC on January 16 and 17.

SLCC hosted the inaugural Utah AI Policy Summit. It brought together over 200 individuals throughout the state interested in AI applications and AI regulation ideas being offered by the state.
